I find it funny that the last reviewer chose to go to Bliss instead for their wedding hair (I wish I knew why they picked Bliss). I had the opposite experience. I tried in vain to get a hold of someone at Bliss. After a week of calling (I also left messages) I didn't get a single response! I'm sure they offer good spa services if you get a hold of them. Anyway, my experience was great at Defining Image. My cut and color were exactly what I wanted. My hair turned out wonderful and I will certainly be coming back (and they called ten minutes after I left a message on their voicemail).
Pros: Great experience all around (cut and color)

I have been going to Defining Image Salon for almost 2 years now. In those 2 years I have not once had a bad visit. I only go to Patty to get my eyebrows waxed, she is the only one I trust enough with hot wax near my face. Along with the waxing, there hair stylist are so nice, if your not sure what exactly you want they help you decide and make sure you get the colors that are going to look good. There is no pressure and the salon is nice and clean. They make everything easier, especially with there online booking, I hate talking on the phone and try to avoid it at all costs so when I found out about online booking it made it easier on me. They will also call in advance to remind you of your appointment, which is really awesome if you've made your appointment months ago.
