Helen has done my taxes since 1992, and has worked with me on my small business as well as with more complicated investment issues. Very friendly and very professional - uses plain language to help me understand my deductions and why I owe what I owe - working hard to get me all the deductions I legally can!
Pros: Personable, Competent, Is on your side
Cons: Sometimes takes a while - but you know it's done right!

Helen did a great job with our very complicated family taxes - with 2 members having their own S-corps, family taxes, real estate transactions, etc. she's very organized and fights to find every deduction for you.
