Neat stuff, Horrific prices. These people must be making money hand of fist, they recover stuff from old houses probably for a song and then charge the most astronomical prices ever. Unless you've won the lottery and have money to burn, go someplace else, yes, they have some neat stuff, but it's all so over priced as to be a huge rip off.

If you can afford this place, go someplace else and donate your money to a worthy cause. No one needs stuff that costs that much. It's ridiculous. Recession? Not as far as they're concerned.

Quality control lacking. The reclaimed windows, hardware, plumbing fixtures are terrific, and the selection is outstanding. But the new fixtures are 3rd rate and overpriced. Stylish looks often mask shoddy workmanship. A mechanical doorbell required tweaks and filing before I could get it to work ; the gears looked like they'd been made by hand in a sweatshop in India. A child's erector set was so poorly made that the simplest, most basic parts wouldn't fit together. That was returned; unfortunately, I'd already drilled out the door for the doorbell, so I had to make it work. "All brass fittings" are rarely 100 % brass, so rust is in their future. Much as I want to love the place, experience won't let me.

terrible customer service!!. I have purchased many gorgeous products from Rejuvenation. In fact, it used to be one of my favorite spots! I put that in the past tense because of my recent experience with them. I purchased a defective product that fell and broke two items in my house. I approached the store manager who was very kind & has continued to be kind in her two voicemails to me. However, the fact is, the store, although admitting that the product was defective, has refused to reimburse me for the broken items. They have instead offered me a discount on a replacement for one item --- meaning they will most likely still make a profit off my replacement purchase - a purchase I am only making because their product destroyed 2 items in my home!

What an incredibly frustrating experience. I will not be doing business with this store again.

When only the best will do to restore your vintage home to its original splendor.. In Short
The nearly 40,000-square-foot space is a remodeler's dream, but customers shouldn't expect Home Depot prices. Rejuvenation specializes in antique and reproduction lighting, and everything inside is beautifully arranged. The store also stocks a variety of period furniture, plumbing, hardware and housewares, hand-picked with the older home in mind. Good news--this stuff's worth the fortune they're selling it for.

Rejuvenate your home. Portland is so lucky to have this store. If you own an older home and are renovating it, this is the place to go. You'll find everything you need here, from beautiful period light fixtures to clawfoot tubs, pedestal sinks, doors, windows and furniture. Spendy, yes, but everything is of the highest quality. The salvage department is great for finding random things like window locks or glass doornobs.
