I love Hippo Hardware. It's a huge maze of crazy junk and beautiful treasures. The lighting floor is enormous and quite a sight to see with probably thousands of chandeliers and sconces. The lighting shop can also rewire many things brought in from outside or change finishes or lengths. I recently read Chuck Palahniuk's book on Portland and was delighted that someone with a wide audience thought as much of this place as I do.
Pros: So much stuff, helpful staff, adventure

If you are Rude or intidaled, or want things for free you need to shop some where else. These folk won't put up with abuse. Posted at The Hippo Store " Prices are subject to change according to Customers Attitude "
