Bought a new set of furniture recently and the quality was great. I special ordered a few pieces that they estimated would take 4-6 weeks, it came in 6 or 7 and the wait was well worth it. I had a damaged nightstand that you could tell came from the factory that way and they had it taken care of very quickly. Most stores would have taken weeks to get something like this done, Shleifer's did it in days. Of all the store's I have been to in my life this was one of the friendliest I have been to. Great products and great Customer Service!! Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!!
Pros: Service, attentiveness, quality
Cons: none, if you've actually bought furniture from somewhere before and then buy from here, you won't go any place else, so you might as well start here!!

We shopped at several local furniture stores and found this one to be the best in town. They gave us the best services, spent more time with us and answered all our questions to help us make the best choices. We ended up purchasing a leather sofa and 3 chairs. The chairs were a special order and one of them was no longer being made by the manufacturer. The owner called us and made arrangements around our schedule to select an alternate chair. Once again they were a big help is making this selection. We picked a new chair, the order was placed and they even waived the additional charge (our new selection was more expensive) and the additional delivery fee. We can't say enough good things about their business!
