owner does not care about customer satsisfaction. Beware before you use this place, if you have compliant the owner may blame you or just argue with you.

Best Customer Service Ever! Excellent Design Consultations! Showed us how to get it right!. Hexafoo sells fabric, does custom sewing, interior design consultations and basically acts as a full design resource center. We went in there and were completely enthralled with the fabric choices and how knowledgeable the staff were. We weren't sure what we were going to do in our house but the staff, with their wide variety of tastes and talents helped us immediately narrow down our choices. They were fun to deal with, eclectic and displayed a sense of humor, in a situation where we've had nothing but problems with uptight mechanistic interior designers.

After we got done, they had helped us reupholster our furniture, replace a couple of rugs that clashed with the rest of our colors and redesign our lighting. Where we were uncertain of whether to use curtains or roman shades on the windows, they gave us the idea to use wood blinds and other solutions.

The best thing about the people at Hexafoo is that they will basically help you get in touch with your "inner designer." The other reviewer of this business must be seriously misguided, because, not only did I get excellent customer service from Bill, Corby, Amy, Jessica, Josh, Jennifer and Ellie, they really seemed to care about my project. Bill even followed up with an extra visit to make sure that the curtains were operating correctly. The people at Hexafoo are awesome and I would highly recommend them if you are doing any type of design project, from a couple of pillows to redoing the whole interior of your house!!!!!!
