I will never recommend this store to anyone!. My experience with this shop was awful. When I first arrived at the store a man was waiting at the front desk that said, “ I am so glad someone else is here because they have been ignoring me.” I should have taken that as a sign to leave the shop.

I came to the shop to obtain an estimate on repairing two old violins. The man who helped me did not want to give me a quote, but he did try several times to sell me one of his violins, this was not what I wanted. Then, he tried to rent me a violin even though I told him I did not want to rent one of his violins. The only good part of my visit was that I managed to get the name of an individual at another location who does repair violins. I wish they had just given me this name over the phone when I called the store prior to arriving for the estimate. It would have saved me a lot of time and driving.
