I love this place because the authentic Thai flavors are out of this world and seriously, the mango sticky rice sent me into orbit. Literally the best mango I've ever had in my life. And I've had a mango or two in my day. Even though they could step up the presentation, I was there late this time and they were getting ready to close. Fast on the refills and friendly waitresses run around with steaming trays of food. I kind of like the spectacle of it. Plus, I LOVE the color of their booths. Super deep teal. Yesssir.

Best Curry in Portland. Food is ridiculously good everytime I go there. The portions are large so I always get a meal to take home as well which is very nice. The staff are very nice and friendly, even when they are jam packed from the dinner rush that they always have. They do tend to get busy at times, so I order to go quite a bit, but I get the same great service and food no matter what. The Panang Curry is some of the most authentic I've ever had.

Great food, always consistent. Pad Thai Kitchen is great in every way. I agree with the reviews of many of the dishes reviewed by others, but there are two dishes that we absolutely crave and go in for. The first is Tofu Larb which is truly unbelievable, and, as far as I can tell, unavailable anywhere else. The Tom Kha soup is the best we've had - we get it with tofu. I have never had a bad meal here, and the owner is indeed terrific. I have suggested to both the WW and the Oregonian that they give this place some press, but no...... Too bad - they deserve the press.

Best Thai Food in Portland. Pad Thai Kitchen is hands down the best thai food in Portland. From the outside, it looks a little sketchy (and inside is nothing to get excited about either). And the parking lot is so full that you usually end up parking on the street. But the food is INSANELY good, and really affordable (like $7 a main dish). The chicken drunken noodles are my favorite dish! Other great menu items are the pad thai, pumpkin curry, and yellow curry. My boyfriend and I used to try different thai restraunts regularly, but stopped looking after eating at Pad Thai Kitchen. Just go, you won't regret it. (PS -you get like.. what seems like twice as much food when you order to go).

Nice and comfy Thai place. Friendly, busy place is doing big business on take-out. The decor is nothing special, but the food is

worth a return trip. I shared the drunken noodles and pumpkin curry. Both were rich in flavor. At medium spicy, the noodles has a nice slow build. Not too oily, not too dry. The service was brisk and attentive.

The kitchen has improved since my last visit a year ago. Now can hold its own with the best Thai in the moderate price range.

THE BEST THAI FOOD IN PORTLAND!. I have been going to the Pad Thai Kitchen since the day they opened. It's been amazing to see them flourish into a booming business. I have eaten all kinds of thai from, from throughout the city, and consider myself to be very picky when it comes to that cultures food.

I give this place the highest recommendation out of all Thai places in Portland!

I have grown quite close to those who work there. And for being family owned I would say they hold it together in busy hours, quite well.

Their Yellow Currie is absolutely amazing! Drunkene Noodles are phenomonal! Pad Thai is super tasty, and so is everything else on the menu.

I will continue to bring my business and let others know of this place, as long as it's around. They do catering as well, so remember that for future (weddings....).

YUM! ^_^

delish!. This is an excellent place for takeout. Food is spiced according to your wishes and when you say hot, it's actually hot! Pumpkin curry is a specialty, and deservingly so. Service is quick and friendly and competent. I've never had a wrong order and servings are big enough that tomorrow's lunch is always leftovers!

Try the Drunken Noodles!

Good food. My boyfriend and I went the other night, we had the vegetarian salad rolls for an appetizer, he had the pad thai medium spicy and I had the drunken noodles medium spicy. He also had the sticky rice with peanut sauce. All of it was excellent! Good food and good atmosphere. We'll definitely be going again.
