SCOTT KANE IS FLAWLESS

Scott is amazing. He is talented, casual, and honest about your cut ideas/wants. The salon has a chill vibe, you don't feel "uncool" to be there, and he is a true professional. He has good prices, he is relaxed, and has more talent than anyone who has ever cut my hair. He is one of the very top stylists in Portland, hands down.

.......I just wish it were easier to make an appointment.

• Pros: He can't give a bad hair cut even if he tried!

Super-Sexy-Phenomenal Cutters, Colorists, Location, and Price!!

I have been to both Hair M and Fada. I have nothing negative to say about either, but I left both of them to go to Propaganda. I have only had experience with Joseph Morris for Cutting/Styling and Content for Coloring. I can't rave enough about them. Joseph has been open and receptive to new ideas and has more than enough brilliant technical skill to add layers to it and really make it stand out. (Don't use my picture to judge him; I have to have conservative haircuts for work) Content can do some of the coolest, most unique colorings and styling's I've seen, but also do some beautiful and elegant work (to hide the grey dontchaknow.)

Their prices are great, and most of my friends go to them and their hair is way more beautiful than mine. So 5 screaming Super-Silky-Sexy-Goodness-Haired stars of Hottie-Goodness for Propaganda Hair Salon.

we love it!

Most everyone at my work, the s.t. coffee shop on the close corner, goes to Propaganda and only Propaganda for haircuts. People, especially women (though they do a great job on the dudes as well), are constantly asking where we get our hair done. Everyone at the salon is super friendly and accommodating. Scott is very patient and always fixes my "drunk, accidental self-cuts" with minimal loss of length. He is also great for two other reasons (among many): 1. he pays attention; once you have been going to him for a while he gets to know your personality and pulls off the cut that really is you. 2. you can talk or not talk. No pressure for conversation. I haven't gone anywhere else for 6 years. Thanks guys and gals!
