great service. i took my 92 mustang in very recently to get 2.5 inch pipes with flowmaster mufflers and shorty headers i had the car 3 month's and never looked under the car and i already had the the same exhaust and flowmaster mufflers so they just suggested to get jba ceramic coated headers and i am loving them…

Dishonesst services. I was extremely dissapointed when I took my car to Exhaust Specialties. They were highly recommended to me from a very reliable source, but unfortunately I was beyond "upset" after taking my car home and realizing the work was not what the promised. I brought my car to them to have a custom 2.5'' mandrel bent exhaust built. At first everything went fine, even though the rep had tried to tell me I did not need an exhasut that size, and then proceeded to talk me out of using the muffler I was providing so they could use one from a company they carried. I went with the muffler he was recommending because he seemed knowledgable. We agreed on a price and I left my car with them for the day. Later that day we returned and picked the car up and initially I was pleased with the work. A few weeks passed and one day I had the car on a lift and was going over their work. Very quickly it became obvious they did not deliver what was promised. The exhaust was not only "crush bent" (or pressure bent), and not mandrel bent like I was promised, but the exhaust was not even welded all the way. They had only welded about 2/3 around the pipe. Later, I confronted them and was told that they never promised mandrel bent in the first place, and then he proceeded to tell me that if I brought the exhaust in they would complete their unfinished welds.

I have since met two other people in performance world that have very very similar stories about this same location. With 52 years of service I would have expected better service, especially for the money I spent.…
