Reliable, honest, wonderful!. The morning after my husband and I arrived in Portland from Reno our transmission went out. The entire transmission/clutch system required replacement before we could drive our Acura MDX (2001) safely. After searching the internet for several hours, we concluded that Bradshaw's Transmission was the best place to go (they do have an A+ with the BBB). Jason made us a priority even though we were not from town and would be much less able to refer others to him as easily as someone local. He was able to get the transmission rebuilt in the promised time, even better than the manufacturers (it was a bad transmission year for the MDX). We now get even better gas milage and the transmission is working wonderfully 10,000 miles later. Thank you!!…

Worth your trust!. We flew back to Portland after a trip to find our car dead from an electrical problem that neither I nor roadside assistance could fix. We live in Bend. The service rep. from Bradshaw's spent some time on the phone with me to thoughtfully analyze the problem. He clearly stated his diagnostic rate and said he would do his best to get to it that day but that it would more likely be the following day. At this point he could easily have charged me for a new starter install and who knows what else. Instead he had it done that afternoon with a new distributer rotor and cap for the stated rate plus very reasonable parts and labor. This was the kind of service you wish for and rarely get.…

Who loves their mechanic?. I stumbled on Bradshaws online and made an appointment because they had an interactive website that allowed me to schedule on-line at 11pm. Someone called me the next morning, my appointment was scheduled within 2 days, they explained exactly what they thought was going on with my car, gave me an accurate quote, and did excellent work. And their customer service is fantastic!

I recommend them every time someone asks - and sometimes when they don't.…
