Good selection, rude service. This store has their little dogs running around loose and they snapped at my dog, who did nothing. I found the owner to be rude. They recommended a food that had chicken fat in it, when I asked for a chicken free food. I should have read the label, but the food was called Fish and Potato, so I made a bad assumption! Chicken is in so many foods.

My dog vomited as soon as she ate the food. When I brought it back, they argued with me that chicken fat does not cause problems and were very rude. But for my dog, it does.

I like their large selection, but who wants bad advice and to get yelled at?  View Less … View More

Good People!!. I have been going to Portland Pet Supply for years and find that their wide selection of high quality brands have the best prices in town.....and everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful.

Today they went above and beyond by helping donate samples to a local rescue that is in need of supplies!!

Worst service. The store "forgot" a special order I placed for food my dog needs; he can eat nothing else. I relied on the owner to order the food, and he treated the incident as nothing special.
