I had a very poor experience at this shop when I brought my car in. I waited over a year to left feedback on their website expressing my discontent. The owner emailed me back immediately, apologized for the experience and refunded my money. I took this as a genuine sign of business integrity.
Though my intial contact with this company was poor, based on their response to my complaint, I would return.
