I spent many years in the Pizza Business and a happy staff always makes for a better product. Some of the best times i had was working at Stark Street pizza. I can say with full confidence without giving anything away that the secret is in the sauce. Its not for everyone but the people that enjoy it keep coming back.
Pros: Luv the sauce ( Lots of time put in there)

If you like rude counter staff, way too little pizza for your money, a crust that tastes and feels stale, then by all means, The Stark Street Pizza company is for you. If you like staff that works well with the public, tasty pizza, and a pizza that is actually big enough for two people to eat, then avoid The Stark Street Pizza company like the plague. I know I won't be going back.
