1 Beef taco = 5 hour visit to the emergency room!. My son ordered a ground "beef" taco from this location and ended up with food poisoning. The taco was the only food he had all evening, so there was no doubt that the taco caused it (and fortunately for the rest of the fam, we chose a better establishment to eat dinner). He was sick within hours and eventually had to go to the ER due to dehydration. Avoid at all costs!
