Overpriced and rushed. I took my dog in at 3pm - went back at 6pm and they hadn't gotten to her yet so they rushed to get her done. I'm still not sure they actually bathed her. The haircut was absolutely awful and they clipped her toenails, which I had specifically asked they not do. I was told the person who would be doing the work had over 30 years of experience. I'm not believing that. They charged $50 - way too much for the level of grooming. Definitely won't take my dog back there and recommend nobody else do either.
