poor poor service

a friend and I ate at the Sexton this evening and loved the location. we waited 20 minutes until someone came to our table. 20 minutes until our beers arrived, and another 10 until our incorrect and cold orders came to the table. quantities were wrong, sides were wrong, etc... after quick apologies, the waitress finally brought the proper sides well after the meal was finished. i've worked in food service & when you screw up an order you quickly make up for it- not 20 minutes later.
' The Deck' 150 yards away would be a far better choice for the price & location. a slightly higher end choice would be 'Salty's' (50 yards away). Better on all accounts.

- Cons: poor service and mediocre food (cold)

I cannot say enough good things about the guys who work here. Incredible knowlegde and service. Never talk down to you and are always respectful of their customers.
If you want to know how to treat customers, this is the place!!
