King Burrito. King Burrito is an inexpensive restaurant with some decent food. One thing is for sure, if you want diarrhea, go to King Burrito. King Burrito is a certified remedy to any degree of constipation or serves as a nice monthly bowel cleanser. My girlfriend claims, "it doesn't give me diarrhea", but, as the one who walks into the bathroom after her vacancy, I know, we might need a new toilet. So, when deciding whether or not to go to King Burrito, ask yourself, "what is it I'm looking for"?  View Less View More

GOOD FOOD BUT NOT FOR VEGETARIANS!!!. So King Burrito has pretty good food. Think Big portions, Small prices! My husband loves this place and so do all his work pals, college people, locals, etc, they go there all the time.

HOWEVER, I noticed they are voted for BEST VEGETARIAN on Citysearch and I have to disagree. They do not cook veggies separate from meat at all, in fact if you watch them prepare the food, the meat juice runs into the veggies. NASTY! So they do have good food, and good prices, but don't get vegetarian there cuz it will be meat flavored!  View Less

All they need was sand in your toes and the ocean and you'd be in Mexico. I've been ALL over Mexico for 25 years and I KNOW Mexican food. This is THE REAL DEAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OF COURSE its not expensive, Mexican isn't. The atmosphere is just what you'd find in an authentic OUT OF THE WAY taco joint in any Mexican town. You don't go there for glamor, amigos, you go there for the flavor ! This place has got it all going on, right down to the Mexican lime soda ( not to be missed !!! )

Great prices, EXCELLENT service with a warm sincere smile, and the flavor that can NOT be beat this side of the border.

Try it ... You'll be telling your friends,  View Less

Greasy atmosphere, AWESOME burritos and tacos!. I love this grease-ball place! The restaurant has a greasy, not so clean feel from the moment you walk in. But the food is fantastic! The kitchen may or may not pass inspection, but then again, my own kitchen might not either. The prices are so great that we can feed our family of 4 for under $15. Our favorites are the machaca burrito, carne asada soft taco and mexican rice.  View Less View More

Some of the best burritos in town for the price. I'm another convert - after our beloved El Burrito Loco was taken over, I needed somewhere else to get bricks of beans and beef. The place may look busy, but the line always moves quickly and I've yet to have them mess up an order (which is more than I can say for most burrito joints I've tried in Portland). Sure, the customer service may seem a bit terse (it might seem worse than it is if you don't speak a little Spanish)...but for the number of people they serve in a typical day, the quality and quantity of their ingredients, and the price...you can't go wrong. If you need A/C with your burrito, take it to go and sit in the car. As a bonus, they've also usually got Pepsi in glass bottles - the kind with real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. Extra double bonus - they're open until 11pm every day. If they ever added a delivery option I don't know if I'd ever make my own burritos again.  View Less View More
