Ruined Valentines Surprise

This Valentines day my Boyfriend and I are in two different states. He wanted to surprise me by sending me flowers. I got nothing, but my bf got a confirmation email saying that i received the flowers! (liars!!!) He eventually had to tell me he ordered flowers for me and that it was SUPPOSE to be a surprise, but when I never thanked him for them he grew suspicious.

I didn't get them until Sunday, the day after Valntines day!!!!!!

The delivery guy called my phone on Sunday, but i missed the call by like 2 minutes. I called right back, and a mans voice said "hello". (that was it. not even introducing that he was a flower delivery service.) I replied "hi, i got a call from this number." the guy said "oh...ok." (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) there was a bit of silence then I asked "is this number a flower delivery Service?" He said "uhh, yes it is". then there was another pause of silence! So i said who i was and if he had a delivery for me? he said, "o yes i just called you. We tried delivering these flowers yesterday but no one was there." (I was home ALL DAY And ALL NIGHT.......he didn't even call on Valentines day when he was supposedly at my house.) He then said, "i was a block away from your house when i called you, but you did not answer so i'm on the highway now." is this the way they treat their customers? scolding me like i am his child? i said "Are you delivering them to me?" he said, "I can if your at home right now." So he turned around and delivered them. Too bad it was a day late. Don't buy flowers from this company.

• Pros: Nothing! this company is Horrible!
• Cons: Flowers look a couple days old, Received them a Day Late, and super Rude service!

Fantastic Customer Service, Fantastic Flower Arrangement!

I called this florist from California and ordered flowers. I had many questions. The man who helped me was very patient, kind, and informative. He went above and beyond in making my order beautiful.

I received a call from the recipient of the flowers and she commented on how beautiful they were. She insisted that the arrangement was exceptional.

I highly recommend these very talented, kind florists. I cannot fully express my gratitude!

Always professional and courteous!

I have been using Walkers on Killingsworth for 25 years with never a problem. Their sales staff is courteous and their drivers are always prompt and professional. I have read some of the other reviews and can't imagine that anyone at Walkers was anything but professional. Perhaps when you order at the last minute you shouldn't expect miracles. Give them a try as I have for 25 years or more!
