New Releases from a Year Ago!. The staff is very cool and talkative. The selection is just okay. The new releases have been displayed for months on end a lot of the time. Being an Asian Cult fan and new to N. Portland, I was glad to find a place with a said 'large selection' of this genre. What a joke. There was like 3 shelves.

They play up to be cool and hip and independent, but judging from their stock, I say they are just mediocre. Plus, places that support community usually let people in their community post local happenings. This place won't dirty their windows with community flyers.

Screw them. I'll go to Video Verite on Mississippi Ave. It's worth the bike/bus ride and waaay more classy.
