Questionable Practices... I called Drain Master to do a small job over a year ago. At first it seemed to be a bit over priced but we needed the job done. When I mentioned that to Mike (the owner's son) he said that he could improve the price, all I needed to do is called him directly. So he provided me with his direct phone number. Later we called him multiple times for jobs at our rental properties. Later we were audited and we called the company to provide us with a summary for the year, I learned that Mike never reported to the company that he was doing business for us without reporting to his dad's company. I should mention that every time he came to work, he was driving Drain Master's van and he always provided invoices from the same company. We learned our lesson. Next time we call a service provider we will check with the office to prevent this problems again.

expensive - poort customer service. this was the 1st plumber i called. they told me $65/hour time and materials over the phone and showed up and said they would only do it by the job with an estimate of $1,200 and they never do time and materials. he informed me that if i didn't like the price i should go elsewhere. i did. the second plumber i contacted did the job for $250.
