Unfriendly. I transfered money, electronically, from savings to checking and was charged $10 for excess use. I didn't realize, until I called the bank, that I can only transfer money in this way 6 times during each statement. I then rec'd a threatening letter from WAMU saying that if this continued to happen they might close my account! One would think I was bouncing checks from the threatening letter I rec'd, rather than simply moving money electronically from one WAMU acct. to another WAMU acct to cover Xmas gifts. Merry Xmas WAMU! I'll be transferring my business to a friendlier bank.

TERRIBLE MORGAGE REP. All the staff there provide excellent service except for the only loan morgage officer at this branch. He was NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, RUDE and told me it would take ONE WEEK to get a preapproved letter knowing that I was purchasing a forclosed property. I ended up going to Bank of America which they had an account set up and preapproved letter for me done in 1 hour. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service the LOAN OFFICER provided at this branch.
Best Tellers Around!. This is the only branch that I like to go to. They are friendly, helpful, and very good at their jobs. I did have a little too long of a wait to set up a business checking, but overall they do a great job.
