Images by floom impressed me with not only their proffesionalism and good humor throughout the stressful months and days leading up to my wedding, but more importantly the way they took care of us after the fact. They had already been paid, and the wedding done but they did not stop keeping us up to date on the pictures and the progress of the album. Any issues we had small, or large they took care of swiftly and without any complaints. Highly recommended

Tobin and Jay Floom are amazing! They have great personalities and helped make our engagement and wedding photos a blast! And it was 100 degrees on our wedding day! The pictures from both sessions turned out amazingly! I couldn't have asked for a better professional photographer to help capture our day! Anytime we had a small issue they were both more than accommodating! Thank you both for everything! We love you!

We were so pleased with the photos of our big day. What made this a great experience was both the disarming and zany personality of the photographer as well as the creative backdrops and use of light. I couldn't have asked for anything better and would not hesitate to recommend IBF.

I don't even know where to start, you are amazing, Our families raved about how special you are and how beautiful the photos turned out, Not only were the photos incredible but you made a stressful situation run like clockwork and we are very grateful. Very, very poor customer service and photographs! Do not use Images by Floom. After spending $3,000 for our wedding photographs, half of them were done non-digital with a strong flash that put shadows behind nearly all the photos. Very amateur and poor quality. When we asked for some form of rebate/refund, the owner Tobin Floom who is very brash, was rude and non-accomodating. Additionally, in the package they promise you can come in every year for a free family shoot and receive a complimentary large sized print, but Floom has never returned our phone calls to set this up over the past few years. Do not patronize this business. There are plenty of other photographers that are customer-first and will offer better quality pictures.

Flop!. The guy we knew and wanted from Floom didn't show on our wedding day. They sent someone else who had no people skills. That alone should be enough for anyone to stay clear of this outfit. Like bfrench79, you will get let down. We did.

Everyone at our wedding had a great time. Too bad the pictures didn't show it. My wife and I are affectionate people, and he had us posing for shots mimicking the "American Gothic" photo, you know, like the old farmer man with a pitchfork and his wife in front of the barn! I told him at the beginning that I'm not all that comfortable having my picture taken, so he has my groomsmen and me doing these tough-guy looking shots w/our sunglasses on. The way he had us wear our tuxes looked unkept. (He himself looked that way). It's our wedding day, we're happy, and this guy is telling us to look unhappy. He struggled with his camera. His personality was lame. There were a few decent shots out of about 300. It's the only regret from our wedding. We had an awesome day, everyone had fun, but it's too bad it wasn't captured by the guy we WANTED and PAID FOR, instead of the very mediocre guy who showed up. Look elsewhere.

pick someone you can trust...not floom. It has been 3 years since floom was a no show on my wedding day. I still can't let it go. When I showed up to our confirmed (3 times!!) meeting time there was a sign on the door that said closed. I called his cell number, he answered and said that he had an emergency. So he had time to make the sign, time to answer his phone but no time to call me or have someone that works for him call me??!??? I am standing on the street in my wedding dress trying not to freak! I never got a sorry from him. I was shocked! I told him that he should be ashamed of himself and he should be! I wasn't planning on spending a lot on photos and I get the feeling that he was offered a higher paying job. But I guess I'll never know. Maybe there was a valid emergency. But the way that he treated us was so rude that I feel as if I should warn others. Get it in writing!!!!

The Best!. My husband and I used Images By Floom for our wedding. It was the best money we've ever spent! Very profesional employees that know what they are doing. I was able to just enjoy my wedding and not worry if all the pictures that I wanted were taken. We will stay with Images by floom for all of our photography needs. Thanks Floom!
