Very easy going.... I spoke with Dan on the phone and he was/is very professional and kind. They got my car in there so fast and arranged the tow for me as well. They also called to let me know exactly what is going on, whilst I wait for the insurance company to call me. Nice work guys! I truly appreciate it!
