Best Chicken Fried Steak. Yes it IS in the parking lot of Target and Safeway. YES it is frequented by families and the over 70s club. And YES, there is a pig eating pancakes as their logo. So if you can look past all that and the fake flowers, bad green and pink decor and kitschy pig parafenalia, you'll have some GREAT diner food. Try the chicken fried steak platter if you want to die a happy person. It's one of those things that is so very bad for you and yet so very delicious. My favorite is the overly priced Swedish pancakes with lingonberry sauce which you should always order 'medium'. The diner coffee comes fast and weak and the pantyhose under shorts wearing wait staff is always on top of it. Stop by Target afterwards for some irresistible Target items and your weekend is complete.

new favorite place to eat breakfast and lunch. I thought it was just at the coast but I found a Pig N Pancake in Portland. I love it. Great breakfast and lunch with amazing daily specials. I highly recommend checking is little jem out.
