Horrible, worst experience dinning out!. I would have to agree with bob1214. My husband & I decided to eat out so thought why not Sharris we were seated by the middle section were all the coffee and such are served.(Think it might be time to upgrade to the 21st century yet Sharri?) So we asked to move (before water was served) but the waitress seemed annoyed yet let us. Then came back to offer us coffee (SCALDING HOT) Burn my mouth and leaving blisters.Needed that water by then so I got up and got my own since the waitress never brought it from the loud middle section all the waitress have to keep going back and forth too. (pathetic). Finally got our breakfast and I ordered the GRANDMAS bisquit and gravy. Boy what a mistake that was. I don't know any Grandma that makes it like Sherris. It had a teaspoon of flour and water based running yuk on each very dry roll. Served with a sausage link that was under cooked and looked more like a cut hot dog. I decided to have a look at the cook. Ah ha a Mexican. Have they even trained him to make english food. Never brought us water either. Also after our second bite of food she lays the bill down. How rude is that? Can't we finnish our meal first? I think I am in the wrong business if this is a business they are running. Making money off people for what? Nasty food. Even the pie isn't as good as it was 17 years ago. Never again will I eat here. No sorries after talking to manager.

Love Shari's!. I would go back to Portland just to visit Shari's. Wonderful waitstaff, amazing desserts, and phenomenal grilled cheese. Shari's rules!!!

Horrible, worst experience on my trip. I have been in Portland for over a week. The people in Portland are the nicest that I have seen in a long time. This restaurant was terrible. The service was really bad. There was a hair in our gravy, and they did nothing about it. They exchanged it for new gravy, but did nothing about the bill. The manager was extreamly rude. The hostes was incredibly impatient. Everything about this meal was terrible. Make this your absolute resort. Absoutly horrible.
