Excellent, Full Service Salon!. Both my husband and I have gone to Rosemary's salon for years. It is a warm and friendly environment in which to relax and be pampered. Her staff is knowledgable, keeps on top of the latest trends and styles, and treats their clients to wonderful aromatheraputic shampoos. Great place -- very fair prices.

Best Place in West Hills for a manicure. Melissa, multi-talented and a class act. If you are tired of going to places with good prices but dubious outcomes, on all nail services, check out Melissa at Sylvan Hills Salon. Make an appointment with Laurence for a fabulous new hair cut too. You won't be disappointed. The West Hills best kept secret! I was so happy to finally find someone to do my nails who actually listened to what I wanted, understood me and took the time to get it right. I have finally found what I was looking for in a salon.
