Long Wait, Bad Service - Twice!. When I moved to Milwaukie I looked for decent places to eat that wouldn't burst my budget. Libby's is close by so I went there with a friend. Screaming kids at the counter with adults who didn't care. Took ages to get waited on, it wasn't busy at the time, and it took 45 minutes to get our food - and the order wasn't right. Nobody apologized or offered to "fix it" so we ate and left. Tried it two weeks later with the same friend, almost the same experience - ages to get waited on, not busy at the time, no screaming kids but this time it took 55 minutes to get our food - but the orders were correct. I will never again go to Libby's - I am very happy giving my patronage to The Bomber.
