Best bang for your buck in Clackamas/Happy Valley/Milwaukie. All the people that are saying bad stuff about this has to be lying or they're disgruntled tenants that was kicked out. There's just no way that it's bad. It's awesome there! The apartments are nice and spacious. The rooms are larger than most in the entire Clackamas/Happy Valley/Milwaukie area. The deal you get is great. Clackamas Town Center, Target, Walmart, Winco Foods, and many great places to eat and shop are nearby. Literally, a 1-2 minute drive. Plus, I can go play basketball at the park across the street. They are remodeling and hopefully things will finish soon. Check it out. If there is anything that you can say about apartments being "best bang for your buck," this place would be it for sure. View Less …
Need to be upgrade from outside. I lived in these apartments for 4 years i like it, my apartment was upgraded to washer drier, I had no car theft problems, am happy so far living here. View Less …
Hell hole. This place is great if you like Flea markets. nothing better then Ranchero music being blasted at 2am, Drunk people in the parking lot management that does nothing about it (they might if they understood English) ohh be carful there are babies and little kids running around the parking lot in just a diaper (that?s it) lets not forget the car break in's, meth and the home invasion robbery this place needs to be torn down and a strip mall put in its place.
