The Heights Apartments

Quiet Safe neighborhood. We lived here for 6 years and only moved because we bought a house in Milwaukie. This was by far the best place apartments I or my husband have ever lived in. We felt very safe and comfortable having our kids play outside.. it is a good neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly. We never had any issues with the management was always friendly and helpful and any maintenance request was taken care of promptly. We had a carport which was nice and parking was never too much of an issue. We were on the top floor in one of the back buildings and I liked how we were so far away from the road.. it was really quiet in our little area. Anyway we really enjoyed living here and I would highly recommended this place to anyone looking!!…

A NICE PLACE TO CALL HOME. I just read the previous review about the complex I live at and was suprised, it made me laugh. They sure must have got in trouble about something... I really appreciate that management enforces rules, especially in the summer when the pool is open. If rules weren't enforced than the pool and hot tub would be over crowded. I have small children and i'll tell you, it sure is frustrating when they step in dog poop because one of the tenants here decided not to clean up after their dog. So, the point i'm trying to make is management is just doing their job and it makes these apartments a great place to live because of it.…

WARNING: DO NOT RENT AT THE HEIGHTS!. Do not believe the "luxury living" or "spa and fitness room" signs that you see as you enter this apartment complex. The units are extremely poor quality. I have seen no capital improvements invested in this property! The fitness room consists of three broken down, ancient machines that are completely worthless! Management only responds to service requests after numerous requests. You'd think Hitler runs the pool! Obsessive pool rules including office approval every time you want to take a friend to the pool!!! NOT pet friendly, as the sign out front reads! Completely overpriced units for what you get! No visitor parking available. This is an institution, not an apartment living complex! Look elsewhere! You won't regret it!!!…

PEACEFUL, NICE PLACE TO LIVE. I'VE LIVED AT THE HEIGHTS FOR 3 YEARS, AND I DON'T WANT TO LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE IN CLACKAMAS. IT'S RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF CLACKAMAS, AND SURROUNDED BY A BUNCH OF SHOPPING AND RESTARAUNTS... . KING ROAD IS REALLY CLOSE TO THE COMMUNITY... WHICH SOMETIMES GETS BACKED UP. OTHER THAN THAT, YOU CAN GET ON I-205, 82ND, OLD 82ND, HWY 224, WHATEVER. THE NEW MANAGER IS REALLY COOL, SHE'S ALWAYS LOOKING FOR A WAY TO HELP. THEIR MAINTENENCE GUY BILL IS AWESOME... HE'LL HELP YOU INSTALL OR FIX JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU WANT. I NEVER HAVE TO LOOK FOR A SPOT HERE EITHER, AND MY BUDDIES CAN JUST PARK WITHOUT DRIVING OUT TO THE STREET OR SOMETHING…
