Jackie is the best!.
After having the same person cut my hair since we went to Beauty School together(in 1968) retired I have been at a loss. 3 really really BAD Hair Cuts in a row I was ready to buy a Wig! Then I found Jackie at Off The Top. If you are looking for someone to give you a really great short hair cut, then she is the one to try! She not only listened to what I was wanting,but took her time to make sure I was happy with my hair cut. Yes I will be going back ....! I will highly reccomend her to all of my friends. So if you are looking for a Great Hair Cut Please give Jackie a try.
