I have been happy with the service here. Being female and living in an apartment which frowns on maintaining your vehicle in their parking lot, I was not happy about taking my van to someone else to have it serviced. I've had other places argue with me about the fluids they wanted to use to top off and have had damage done to my vehicle as a result. This place does not do that. They listen to me when I tell them what I am running in my vehicle, and they asked sensible questions. I know my vehicle and having someone respect that meant something to me. I took my vehicle in at the end of the day and they fit me in without any concerns, they were friendly and had such great customer service. The standard way they treat their customers is to show everything to you and talk you through everything they are doing. Although this is the reason I went in, the crew working with me was also friendly and outgoing and made me feel welcome. (Other places have serviced my vehicle, but treated me like I was a dumb female and wouldn't understand explinations they gave me, giving me that brushed off feeling) I will be retruning to have my vehicle serviced there in the future. That added step beyond and respect for my intelligence is what impressed me.
Pros: Very convenient, and great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: It costs more than doing it yourself, but average with other services.
