Ward came to house within an hour of my call and while there wasn't anything fun about having limited water over Labor Day weekend, they were at my house first thing on Tuesday--and the new pipe was in by lunch time and the water back on. The Best. I own a 100 year old house that Bruner plumbing just repiped. I got proposals from 3 plumbers and I am so glad I went with Bruner plumbing. Ward is very thorough and reasonably priced. The water was turned back on each evening and Ward and Joe tried to minimize any inconvenience. When the job was finished they checked all my existing faucets, took apart and repaired the ones that they weren't happy with and made sure I was totally satisfied. Bad Experience. I called Bruner Plumbing on recommendation from someone I know. My water line broke and I needed a new one ran from the meter to the basement of my house. The place where he patched the basement wall where the new water line comes in now leaks every time it rains. I complained to Mr. Bruner and he came out and put more patch material over the leaking areas (stupid thing to do). The leaks continued and I called him up and he told me to go to a hardware store and buy the patch material and do it myself. There was never a single leak in my basement before he got his hands on it. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for plumbing services.  View Less … View More
