Be careful, be very careful!.
I am so disappointed with service department. I was sold a maintenance package that was supposed to cover costs including brakes. My service plan expired in March, and when I took my work van in
for service in May, they told me my brakes were 90 percent gone. I had the van in just 5,000 miles in earlier and they said they were perfectly fine. Does this sound like a total scam to anyone beside me?
Anyway, it gets worse. I had a discussion with person in charge and they said they would give me a $100 discount plus $40 rebates on each brake for a total savings of $180. So, I figure I need brakes, and they are trying to make up for their total lameness and I went and brought in the van this morning. I thought I'd better double check on the cost and they said the rebate only lasted until the end of last month and they didn't remember telling me about the discount. And!! They were substituting a cheaper $49 break for the $99 break promised ealier.
Now, you can look at my reviews and you will see I am not one to give this low of a rating, but I really feel ripped off because I bought two brand new cars from Ford with their lame-o service plans and they never did one thing other than change the oil. And, as soon as the service plan expired, then they started dinging me, telling me the bearings are shot and my brakes are dangerously low and so on and so forth. I have faithfully bought Ford for decades, but not anymore!

On Sunday I went looking for a commuter car. My search went from the Nissan Virsa, to the Honda Fit, and then to Landmark Ford to look at the 2011 Ford Fiesta. I had previously sent an Internet request with the make and model, as well as my two color choices.
My Android phone chirped that I had an email. I looked at it and Sales Person Diane Pohl sent me the internet pricing information, description, and window stickers for both 2011 Ford Fiesta cars. That was followed up with a phone call from her.
When I arrived at Landmark Ford, Diane Pohl brought around the Lime Squeeze 2011 Ford Fiesta for a test drive. I will keep my review here to Landmark Ford, the 2011 Ford Fiesta speaks for itself. After the test drive, Diane suggested that I discuss the deal with my wife while having lunch: No pressure, No “what do we need to do to get you into that car today”, No holding a credit card hostage, just a great professional attitude.
After lunch we returned to Landmark Ford. I told Diane that I wanted that 2011 Ford Fiesta, in Silver. We returned to the showroom and Diane started the paperwork. The whole process took less than an hour, maybe a little longer because I messed up the credit application (a net versus gross thing).
Diane walked me out to where my new 2011 Ford Fiesta was waiting. She showed me how to sync up my Bluetooth smart phone, explained all of the controls, and I was on my way in my new 2011 Ford Fiesta.
My wife and I were so impressed that Landmark Ford will be our First destination for any future car shopping or maintenance needs. I highly recommend them!…

fantastic experience with Charlie Wilson. i shopped for weeks (really, almost 2 months) and was so undecided about what i wanted to do at the end of my honda lease. Charlie was endlessly patient with me, showing me car after car, searching for (almost) a million different options. finally, it all came together and i ended up with everything i never knew i wanted ('10 mercury milan), spent exactly what i wanted to spend, and had a wonderful experience all the way through the deal. the whole team was fast, efficient, and helpful, no pressure or rushing me on decision making. handling paperwork was easy and surprisingly quick. i'm looking forward to a continued relationship with the dealership as i service this car and for future purchases. i'll recommend them to everyone i know who's in the market for a new car!!…
Great experience with internet sales through Charlie Wilson. I am a first time truck buyer and knew what I wanted but didn't really know how to go about getting it. I went through the internet sales department and worked with Charlie Wilson. Not only did I get an awesome truck, but I got a chance to work with a great guy who actually seemed to care about making me happy. Even though I made it a bit of a challenging sale, mostly through my own inexperience, Charlie never lost his cool or became impatient.
