Area Floors and Galaxy Granite & Stoneworks ARE SUPERB!. Just a note to tell everyone how happy we are with Area Floors and Galaxy Granite & Stoneworks.

We were in a "pickle" with our client in terms of time and budget because of special counter-tops and back-splashes for a new kitchen we built for them.

After several unsatisfactory meetings with other vendors, we contacted Kelsey Marsh at Area Floors in Tigard about our special needs. Kelsey worked over our problems and realized we needed a counter-top company with the highest technology and quality to do our job. Kelsey chose Galaxy Granite & Stoneworks for our job because they have the most efficient, highest-technology equipment. This gave us the advantages of greatly reducing raw material waste and lowering our cost for our client.

Area Floors and Galaxy Granite & Stoneworks met every schedule and their quality, workmanship, as well as their entire staff was superb. Both our customer and our company could not be happier with both of them.

You guys totally RAWK!!!. The peeps at Area Floors are awesome. After a terrible debacle at a well-known local carpet supplier (rhymes with "Carry-ons" on SE Grand), I was referred to Area Floors by a very dear friend (THANK YOU!!). I'm so glad to have worked with Kelsey and Andrea, I got top quality products (carpet and bamboo flooring) at fantastic prices. With certainty, I will work with Area Floors for future projects. Great Service!. Area Floors has a great selection of floor coverings in all price ranges. Kelsey was helpful in matching my needs to my budget. He is very friendly and fun to work with. Kelsey was also very professional and followed-up with me after the sale. I highly recommend!

A different perspective!. Coming from a different perspective than a consumer, I am a Territory Sales Manager for a high end carpet line here in the Portland Metro Area. I deal with quite a few retailers and showrooms and seldom run across a business that has the dedication and knowledge that Area Floors has. Kelsey is genuine in wanting to help, and he is informed and honest about what carpet is best for you and your lifestyle. It's a great place to buy!

Very pleasant experience. We have worked with the tigard store several times. Service is great.

Michele Riley is the best. She assisted us by helping narrow down choices and was very talented at picking styles/colors that looked fabulous! She is very personable and fun to work with, very competent.

We always have been kept up to date on what is happening with our order and returns have been done promptly.

Good Service. I was very pleased to find this store right by my house! The employees were great and got me just what I was looking for. I am remodeling my home on my own and they always seemed happy to work with me as I took my time through the whole process. When I went in to look at carpet I wanted a larger sample and Kelsey ordered them for me and they were delivered right to my door for free within 3 days. Customer service has been great and I will return for any other projects I might run in to.

Excellent Prices. Don't be fooled by the big box store prices!! If you dig deep enough you will notice that carpet pad is more than triple the cost at big box stores than it is at area floors. They hide their prices! Kelsey was up front with me and explained to me how install was cheaper with them because their packages require you to buy over priced pad to make up for installation prices. If you are looking for honest service and excellent prices, I would definitely recommend Area Floors!
