Good deals exist. I have had nothing but positive service from George Smith on Cascade Avenue

in Tigard, Oregon. Excellent products, efficient turnaround. Highly recommend

if you want a good deal and you are interested in saving money!!

Very unfriendly, NOT willing to help & RUDE customer service.. I don't know what's going on with this place. I was there and had purchased some appliances 7 yrs ago. As a coming back customer, I was pretty much disappointed by how different this place now. I was the ONLY customer at that time. Yet, they were giving me the attitude of "don't care" about any single person to come into their store. They will give you an answer like "I don't know! I'm not the one who make them!" I was looking for a washer & dryer set and explained to him what exactly our need is. And their answer is "Anything is good!"

Bottom line: If they feel like they don't want to do a business for us, why they open a business??? TOO BAD.
