Uptech Sux. DO NOT USE FOR HARDWARE REPAIRS! I am a small business person who made that mistake. Based on referrals by colleagues for software issues ... I took my computer to them for simple issue. Repair failed before even left shop due to shoddy work. Redone, lasted about a week due to issues initially pointed out not being addressed. Brought back.

However, again did not pay attention to request to hold for experienced staff to repair or those initial issues mentioned. Ultimately they totaled machine.

Backed up so that not issue. But cannot afford to replace. Cannot dispute charge for repairs because paid cash when new clerk could not figure out how to charge transactions.

Uptech dismissive & unwilling to work together for any refund.

Cannot afford replace this computer so business's productivity massively.

Buyer beware! While machinery can fail due to fault of repair-person, that was not the case here. Plus, Uptech took no responsibility ... Slimey, slimey, slimey...…

Great Service and Price. I dropped my computer off this morning because it wouldn't boot up and I had it back this afternoon working perfectly! Turns out I had a bad video card. They upgraded the card and cleaned out my machine (dust bunnies) for the same cost as it would have been for me to go and buy my own video card somewhere else to install myself! Fred was very nice and helpful and called me before making any repairs! Will definitely go back to them God forbid something else goes wrong!…

Computer Repair Gurus. Great work done at a fair price. Their hardware selection is great, given the size of the store. Items are priced very reasonable and good quality. Their Service is excellent. I will not take my computers or laptops anywhere else. Their service is superior to any of the Big Box stores, if you want to be treated as a customer and a person this is the location for you!!…
