If You Are From Texas.... I go to bar-b-que restaurants for one reason the meat, sides are sides; if if you are from Dallas/Houston/or San Antone' and have particiapted (competed!?) in many rib and brisket cook-offs; there baby backs and brisket are the best I have had in the "city", shame they are in Tigard and not Portland, beyond that, folks, this is the real deal!

Busters is the Balls. If you're looking for something awesome, get the two-meat dinner with brisket and baby backs. Then mix a little sweet sauce with a little hot sauce together, and you will be eating the best barbecue in Oregon bar none! The food absolutely rocks!

Hey, it kinda tastes like BBQ. Yee Haw, barbeque. The food was average for BBQ.. The chicken was good, the pork ribs were pretty darn tasty, but please, stay away from the beef ribs. I dont know if i've ever had good beef ribs, but i sure didnt like these. Ohh, and all BBQ has fat on it. It kinda gives it flavor... Busters had a pretty good meat to fat ratio.

This is real barbecue!. I used to live in Texas and the best barbecue restaurants there are just like Buster's.

If you're disappointed with Campbell's and Reo's (real barbecue is not baked ribs with sauce on it) I think that you'll really like Buster's. Buster's also uses higher-quality ingredients than other places. You won't have to throw half of your dinner away because it has too much fat on it or because it's too tough to eat.

One little bit of trivia: Pres. Clinton and Pres. Bush eat at Buster's when they come to Portland.

kick ass bbq. Busters has the best baby back ribs I've ever had with only one exception. My own. Tony Romas is a joke.

busting buster's. Buster's was not all people think it to be. It was the first restraunt I went to where I felt like I could go to dinner somewhere else after because I hardly ate anything. The only thing they have going for them is the barbeque feel to it.

home on the range. Leave the white gloves but bring the towelettes.

The best spareribs this side of Fort Worth with good side dishes too. A cafeteria style restaurant which may not suit Aunt Agatha but great fun and economical.

it's the meat, dummy!. Yes, Virginia, there is a barbeque place that concentrates on the flavor of the meat, rather than disguising mediocre protein with super-sauce...and

that place is Busters! (especially the Gresham restaurant)..We once strayed to Campbells, and I spent the rest of the night apologizing to my friends and family...You know Busters has got the right stuff when Clinton waits eagerly in DC for his,but better yet when your loved one's eyes light up like

Christmas morning at the mere mention of going to this wonderful, wonderful place for carnivores...

Pretty good. I'd been disappointed at Buster's before, but was pretty happy with Sunday nights results.

I had the bristket (dry but not bad) and babyback ribs that were good. The sides of potato salad and BBQ beans were great.

She had the sausage and enjoyed it quite a bit. Also loved her sides. Considering she lived in Texas for 3 years and grew up in the south and said "this is good BBQ" they must be doing something right.

The sauces are a little sweet, but I do like them.

Good BBQ.
