The place has gone downhill. Wu's used to be our favorite Chinese restaurant, but lately the place has just taken a nosedive in food flavor and quality.

Tonight we ordered Kung Pao chicken- medium spicy. It came to us without any spice at all.

The Green Bean chicken was also on the mild side with very little character to the dish.

The BBQ pork was dry, flavorless, and buried under what I can only assume was supposed to be a garnish of chopped green onion.

The pot stickers were the worst of all though. Thick, doughy, and bland. And the sweet & sour sauce they gave with it? It smelled like freakin' BREAD MOLD!

What the hell happened? Did you guys just give up or something? I see places like yours on Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen NIghtmares. Yours used to be our "go-to" Chinese joint.

I'm afraid that Wu's has lost our business. After three sub-par meals ina row, we're on the hunt for a new place.

Narly. I wasn't impressed with the food the first time we went, but decided to give it another shot. We ordered takeout the second time around and much to my surprise we where given expired BBQ pork (and a lot of it) as the appetizer we ordered. The meat actually smelled really off and was nearly black.

Consistent. Not top-notch but good when you don't feel like cooking. Horrible cocktails!. I have eaten at Wu's about half a dozen times with my family. They have been consistently good (not great). We usually order the bird's nest (we have two small kids) and it is always well prepared and the sea food in it is perfectly cooked. Their Orange chicken is very flavorful and not your typical battered and deep fried fair. Service has been average, with or without a lot of customers. Don't bother with a cocktail, they are made from various mixes and are generally horrible. I didn't rate it any higher because it lacks atmosphere, the service has been spotty, and the drinks are bleh >: (

Great chinese food!. Love this restaurant. Great food, consistently prepared. Fast service and reasonable prices. Try it, you'll love it. We're picky about Chinese food, and Wu's is a winner. Never had a bad dish here. We love spicy food, but they'll cook it anyway you like.

TYPICAL, WHAT CAN I SAY?. Well, it is the typical Western Chinese joint. The food is good here, but it is definitely not fine dining authentic Chinese. I would recommend this restaurant for a cheap meal with good service and really affordable prices. The wait staff is friendly and helps make for a relaxing environment. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere in Portland for better Chinese food.

Good take out. Wu's is standard good Chinese food. Nothing special or fantastic.

Typical Chinese, a little greasey, some dishes are very good others are just ok. Prices is fine and my standard for take out. But if I'm looking for fine Chinese dining I go elsewhere.

Owners and staff are always very nice, friendly people.
