I have many experiences with Kepler's over the years and have nothing but good things to say about this business. They are very personable and accommodating to my everchanging requests. To read a review like the one from KAK44 is very disheartening. I'm sure their was some type of Mis understanding that could of been resolved. It sounds like KAK44 was not being clear with their requests? Maybe that's why she kept getting the "I don't understand" response from the owner? Its hard to say what the problem was but again I have had every one of my requests fullfiled with great satisfaction.…
We had two chairs reupholstered. We were told it would take 7-10 business days; it took 3 day, which turned out not to be a good thing. The backs of the chairs were not upholstered correctly. When we tried to talk to Marvin Ankele about our concerns, he just keep saying "I don't understand". Finally he said he fixed the problem, but he didn't. Then we started all over again with the "I don' understand". We finally just gave up and have to live with the poor quality work.…
