I wish I could have bought my dress here. I visited Rosewood back in November I believe. I received excellent customer service. I love that you don't need an appointment. They had a lot of great dresses, and I almost bought one here. However, I found "the one" at another dress shop. I went on a weekday, so I had the place to myself.
Try Another Bridal Shop. The Rosewood Bridal experience for us resulted in meeting a grumpy and rude lady, who may even be the owner. The bride was not allowed time enough to make a shoe or slip choice. The gown was given to the bride wrinkled with no offer to steam the dress. Once complete payment is made you are whisked out the door. A petticoat rental was promised at no additional cost. When the bride called to get the rental slip she was told that she would have to pay. Given the fact that buying dresses for a bridal party is expensive and should be a happy experience, I would advise folks to go elsewhere. Employees with a bad attitude have no place in the bridal industry. It is unfortunate that a happy day of wedding planning can be soured by a visit to Rossewood Bridal.
Poor Customer Service. I went with my sister to try on her wedding dress, knowing it would be busy since it was a saturday we got there early in the day. When my sister was trying on her dress we asked if she could try on a different size petticoat so that she could see what the dress would really look like. We were told that it would take too long and that there were people waiting. Immediatly we felt as if our business was not important. Here we were about to spend a large amount of money at their shop and they did not care to give us the time we needed. Not only did this stress my sister out but it made it difficult for her to make a good decision about the dress. Getting married is something every girl looks forward to, and buying a dress should be a fun and memorable experience not something that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. After this experience i would not reccomend this place to anyone and dont plan on taking my business there ever again.
Always the best!. Me, my sister, my sister-in-law, and 2 of my friends have all gotten our dresses at Rosewood Bridal, starting 7 years ago. Every single one of us is a picky shopper and we all went to several different shops around town before we bought our dresses, they were the best. They have great dresses at really good prices and we had really good service from them on bridesmaids too. The same lady has been doing the alterations the whole time and she was really good. For my brother's wedding we also got tuxes there, it was really easy and everything fit great, I wish we had tried them earlier instead of Men's Wearhouse! I would definitely recommend them! Also, I don't know what happenned to that other bride, but my sister and I both had our dresses cleaned and boxed through them and they look great, they even got a red wine stain out.
BRIDES BEWARE!!. Do not take your wedding dress to Rosewood Bridal to be cleaned/preserved. They had me pre-pay $160 for the service that I was told would only take 3-4 weeks. They send the dresses up to Seattle to be cleaned. After about 5 weeks I started to get nervous and asked Rosewood to call and check on it. I was told that they were having trouble getting stains out and would be sent to a different department to have a "special" cleaning agent put on it and that it would be back in a week. A week went by and I got a call telling me that my dress had a "reaction" to the cleaner and was turning yellow. At this point I asked them not to vacuum seal and box the dress. My dress finally came back to the store after 9 weeks in Seattle looking as if it had been run over by a truck. It had stains where there were no stains previously, it was VERY wrinkled and was literally falling apart at the seams. I got 1/2 my money refunded to me for the "cleaning" ....so I only paid $80 for them to ruin my wedding dress. Please tell all your friends not to take their dress here and if they have taken it here OPEN YOUR DRESS and look at it to verify it's condition.
Excellent Service. Fantastic little place! I went to about 5 different bridal shops in the area before I went to Rosewood Bridal and Rosewood Bridal was by far the BEST in town! Theresa is PHENOMENAL and she sure knows what she's doing. I went in to see her about a hundred different times before I decided on a dress, and she was very understanding and helpful, and on top of it all she helped me find the PERFECT dress. The dress is not in yet, but I am sure that it will be stunning (she assured me that it would be ;) ). Don't bother going anywhere else ... you will just waist your time like I did. If you want great customer service, nice selection, and an honest opinion .. THIS is the place for YOU. The place is small but big things come in small packages and that sure is true for this place. What are you waiting for you .. GO see Theresa .. and no YOU don't need an appointment!
Cute small shop and good service. This place is really cute, they had a great selection of very nice dresses. They had many different price ranges and none were too expensive. It is very small and when I was there trying on dresses I had everyone staring at me which I didn't like, especially if the dress didn't even look good on me. But, the service was good. I had Anna to help me and she was very nice, patient and even honest! I did go on a Saturday so hense the reason it was busier than normal. Overall I would for sure recommend going here!!
Great Shop. Great shopping experience! Recommend making this a first stop. Selection is small, but helps in keeping you from becoming overwhelmed and great opportunity to find the style of dress for you!
Excellent service, recommended. I would highly recommend this shop. The customer service was excellent, and it was not too crowded. I regret that they did not carry a large selection of informal gowns, which I was looking for, because I would like to have given them my business. They also have a great sales rack!
