Creekside Commons Apartments
This place is like a hidden gem. I wont lie when I first drove by I wasnt sure, only because it needs a paint job on the exterior. But I have lived here for over a year now. Ever since Princeton Property Management took over in the Summer of 2011 this place is wonderful. Not to mention convenient. It is a minute from 217 and I-5 and also close to tigard transit center and bus lines. Costco and Winco are right down the street and I work really nearby too. The creekside view is so peiceful and beautiful. A true hidden gem.…
Avoid Creekside Commons at all Costs. Creekside Commons are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. A commuter rail and freight line are less than 100 yards away, and these trains blow their horns at all hours of the night. The apartments have a feral cat problem, and there is zero noise/ stereo enforcement. The appearance itself is what it is, but the on-site management is terrible (unprofessional and clueless), and the management company itself consistently engages in unfair business practices. Their standard policy is to charge residents $165 in "cleaning" fees upon checkout REGARDLESS of the apartment's condition. Our apartment was spotless and there were no damages at all. We were charged $165 nonetheless. After countless phone calls and letters to the Norris & Stevens management company, they finally refunded $110 of what they took, but the remaining $55 was lost. This is illegal, but nobody sues for $55. We cut the loss, but other potential tenets should beware.…
