I am a frequent McMenamins customer at multiple locations, and I am also usually the first person to try to defend the average Mcmenamins service to my friends. This Mcm though, on more trips than I can count, has been a severe disapointment. I live 1/4 mile away and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they have let me down so many times I will no longer go there.
Pros: All Mcm have great food, beer and wine.
Cons: Horendous, non existant service.

I love McMenamins. There is one three blocks from my house and I go there all the time. It is always a positive experience. So, I decided to try this location this past Friday night thinking that it would be the typically great McMenamins food/drink/service. Boy, was I wrong! My date and I were told to be seated anywhere and then sat. And sat. And sat. And sat. We sat there for 20 minutes before deciding that we were being ignored and would leave. And before you say it was a Friday night and maybe they were busy - THEY WEREN'T! The dining room wasn't even half full. But the servers were walking around bussing tables before all diners had drink orders in. Hello waiting-tables-101! If you want McMenamins, try ANY OTHER LOCATION, but not this one.
