Great Jewelry Store. I want to thank everyone at Ari Diamonds for their magnificent work in designing my engagement ring. They have the best staff we have ever worked with. My boyfriend bought a bracelet for me for Christmas one year and now that we have been together for quite sometime, we have looked at engagement rings everywhere. I do have to say that I am pretty particular in my jewelry. I have a very unique taste and don't want what everyone else has. I took a picture of a ring that I had seen and Scott said it was no problem to make it. He even made it a little bit different than what I had given him originally just so it was my own design. I have to say this was such an easy process...no hidden costs, he was very forthcoming in what it would cost and very reasonable in the pricing as well. Customer service goes a long way with us and they go above and beyond, the whole staff are all great!! I love this place and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase any jewelry. For us they have a customer for life!!

Great and friendly. I'm do my homework, These guys at Ari diamonds do a wonderful Job. Prices are good and quality is great (i'm not and expert). We will always talk to them before we make a purchase.

CAD CAM Custom. Use them, the ring you will design can be seen before you ever start. Its' a no Brainer. They do this across the states by e-mail or in person and I can see why. use them you won't regret it. Referals are the best.

Fantastic customer service. I was looking for a perfect gift. The selection was great, but better yet was the friendly atmosphere they create. I felt like the whole staff had known us for years. I not only bought from them, I have recomended three friends to also buy from them. We are all in Awe of Scotts ability to make a piece of jewelry.

A great place to shop. Probably the best jewelry store in Portland. Price where great, they made me the ring Jen wanted, They sat down and treated me like I really mattered to them. Everyone needs to check this store out.

Craftmenship is great. I went into Ari Diamonds not expecting a lot different than other jewelry stores, Boy I was wrong. Scott and his staff taught me so much, they use CAD technology with a wax cutting machine, if you want custom-they are are on the cutting edge. Carrie and I could not be more pleased they are great. We thought the prices were very fair considering they hand make all there jewelry.

Great Great Great. The funny thing was I was looking for a unique engagement ring, I am very picky. I found ARI Diamonds and they made the most beutiful ring that we all designed. After all the serching and when they finished the new ring I have run into at least three people who have recommended them to me and we get a laugh about it. They are Great Great Great, Prces good and sevice Great.

Poor craftmanship, questionable ethics & lousy customer service. I wish I had heeded the advice of an earlier reviewer and had not taken a family heirloom ring to ARI Diamonds. I hired them to fix a ring setting so the diamonds would not fall out. When I picked the ring up after the repair, one of the stones was missing. They replaced that stone and assured me that the setting was now tight and no more stones would fall out. But by the time I drove home, another small stone had fallen out and gotten lost. I took the ring back and they crudely replaced that stone, ruining the platinum setting in the process. Before visiting this business, check out the KATU investigative report online.

Unbelievable. Unbelievable, I have been a customer with Ari diamonds for over 10 years, I will recommend and continue using them. Great service and great people, not to mention the "Unbelievable" jewelry they make

Platinum Custom Work. This store does great custom work. I had a Platinum wedding set made and it turned out absolutely fantastic. I researched the price all over town and they beat the price by 40% and did a better job than the piece at Tiffany.
