Poor Repairs & Custom Work. I'll keep this brief. A 'three week' turnaround turned out to be 2 1/2 months. The repair work this place did on an antique piece was terrible and the simple task of replating almost ruined the piece. I have spent over $200 to correct these mistakes. In addition, my custom piece was made incorrectly the first time and the second time I still am not happy with it as the two sides of the ring are not symmetrical. Do not use this place.
