WORSE PLACE! AVOID AT ALLLLLL COST. This was by far the worse place I have ever been to for facials. i have been getting facials for 8 years and this place was Horrid! my face was red and broke out. I don't know if it was from dirty hands of Carol Heacock or what but when i explained to her my disappointment the in work. . . .she refused to fix it or refund my money. I am not a happy customer and if we as customers pay money for facials and electrolysis we should get good service! AVOID AT ALL COST, there are other places in Portland that are customer friendly and professional. I'm very disappointed as a customer and a tax payer! Dirty place and unprofessional!

Best Electrolysis and Facial Expert Ever!. Carol really cares about her customers. I have been a customer of Carol's for many years and she has never disappointed me. She provides me with both electrolysis and facial treatments. I have seen many before I went to Carol and she is by far hands down the best I have been to. And the ones I saw in the past were also good. I travel from Wilsonville to see her, because I know I am getting the best treatment for a good price by a caring person that knows how to service her customers. You can't go wrong with Carol...

Enhancements - A great experience!. Carol Is the thrid electrologist that I have used and by far the most effective. Having a large amout of heavy black hair on my chin and neck, that previous experience never really got rid of permanently, Carol's work has rendered me free of the unwanted hair. In light of that experience I went ahead and had Carol work on my eyebrows and I love the results. Because she has been so successful with my treatment I do not have to see her very often which, because Carol is such a fun person to be around, could be viewed a a negative. Carol is very knowledgeable and professional in her work and I highly reccommend Carol for your unwanted hair needs. Also I have experienced Carol's stress reduction faicial and it was WONDERFUL! If my budget could afford it every week I would be a regular for that! Thank you Carol for you committment to your work and my face!
