Very much like home.. We have lived here more than 10 yrs now and for the most part it has been just like home... Very little noise and no major problems... Have enjoyed each manager that we have had and love our cottage... with all the trees... We had problems with parking for a while but it is doing well now...If you are looking for a place with no one above or below you that feels like you came home you should come and see for yourself... Can a girl get some service!!!!. I lived @ a location on 90th and it wasnt half bad for the money. Manger was really nice and for the most part people were civil. However, apon moving out there were mistakes made to my rental history. i was charged for two months late fee of 200 dollars, and i was always on time with my rent. I have spent months trying to resolve the problem but keep getting transferd to another voice mail and no one has ever called me back. Its been 5 months since i moved out and im still trying to get ahold of someone. They know they made a mistake and dont want to own up to it. Canyon property management has been very unprofessional in this matter. For that reason i wouldnt rent from them again.…
Not so good.... This place is a mess. Noizy till almost midnight sometimes, parking is very limited, old appliances, poor management, poor security, garbage disposal is always a mess w/ bags left in front, so you can't get to it. Also next to a bussy street and the Interstate, so its very loud from very early in the morning and stinky.…
