Terrible Haircut. This place is AWFUL!! Don't trust them & Never go here!! My hair cut at Great Clips on Bethany was just the most awful experience for a haircut I have ever had. I went in with hair down to my butt. Telling Cassidy I only wanted a trim of 4" or 5", nothing major. I even showed her on the comb how much to take. She took off at its longest length in the back just over 18 inches!! I now have hair cut above my shoulders. I asked her when picking up the comb I measured 4" from with a piece of my hair off the floor & held them next to each other if this looked like 4 or 5" to her, Cassidy's excuse was she "had to make it even". It took years to grow it out that length & I loved my hair, it was a big part of me, I have had it long all my adult life, & I'm over 40. Part of me thinks this woman did this out of spite considering how she kept saying her hair would look this beautiful if it was that long. I tried to get this resolved through the manager, she offered to fix the cut considering it was not straight, after she came home from vacation. She never called me when she came home. I called and left her a message, but she never returned my call. So I tried Great Clips main office, they said they would leave a message with the owner. No calls from her either to fix it. I would stay clear of this place, especially Cassidy, who does not listen, care, nor does she know how to cut hair.
