Peter and crew are Fantastic! Honest, enthusiastic, and highly skilled. I just had my 2011 wrx dynamated and it's a whole new driving experience. This is my third visit to Mobil West and I am a huge fan. Peter knows his stuff inside and out. No up selling whatsoever. He listens to what you want, your budget, and designs the best system within those parameters. If there is any issue whatsoever with the install he will take care of it--period. Love this place. If you have a wrx or Sti and want to cut your road noise in half talk to Peter

Absolute Integrity and a Truly Customer Oriented Business!. My experience with Mobile West wasn't typical, we had an installation done and there were several issues. Despite this Pete and his staff continued to do everything they could to ensure we were happy customers. The customer service and passion that Pete has for his customers is second to none. You can go to Mobile West knowing that you will receive good, fair treatment and if anything goes wrong they will stand behind their work and their customers 100% of the time. This is a phenomenal company and I will highly recommend them to my friends, family and coworkers.

Wonderful Service. I am visiting Portland and got a Google Coupon for an iPod connection in my car radio system, which I have always wanted and thought I couldn't have. I was a little skeptical that I could get such a great deal for the price, but decided to go ahead and trust both Google and Mobile West. I was very impressed with the professional service, the quick turnaround and the friendly techs. I love my new system. I would definitely go back for any and all car audio work.

Best car audio shop on the planet. After some frustratingly bad experiences dealing with immature and unknowledgable salespeople in a competitor's shop, I happened upon Peter and Phil at MWC. I will never go anywhere else ever again for my car audio needs.

MWC is a truly professional outfit, staffed by technically proficient and personable salespeople, not 20-somethings driven purely by commission. They spoke in a language I understood, explained things I didn't understand in plain English without being condescending, and their installers had my car in and out in less than 2 hours with everything working properly and looking sharp. The installer even gave me a tutorial on how to use all of the features on my new deck, and offered to adjust it for me anytime I happened to stop by.

Great experience. I will never go anywhere else...

Great Service - Nice People. Took my car into Mobile West to see if they could

un-jam my 6-slot CD player. I pulled in and within minutes they had the CD player out and going to work. Left my car and in less than 2-hours it was good to go. No selling me a new stereo or having to re-build it or anything. Just great service and they delivered what they promised.

I really appreciate doing business with a local company that does what they say they are going to do, and they stand behind it. Thanks Matt, Pete, and Phil!

Great Customer Service And Mobile Audio!. Mobile West in Portland Oregon is by far the best place to get all mobile audio equipment and installation! There customer service is exceptional along with installers with decades of experience. Do yourself a favor and forget all the chain mobile audio shops and go to mobile west, you won't regret it! I have had multiple audio systems installed there and they always take care of my needs when other shops would not. They stand behind their work and if anything happens they will make it right. I will not go anywhere else for stereo systems, alarms, navigation etc.

best in town, no doubt. I have had plenty of work done at mobile west and have been very satisfied every time. On my last visit i had to have some things replaced and was quoted a price. When i returned to pick up my car the actual price was significantly higher but Peter still charged me the quoted price. I also transitioned from 2 10's to 2 12's and they bought the 10" box back from me. overall my experiences here have been great and i would definitely recommend that you stop by!

Product Experts, Customer Service Excellance. Needed a new Car Stereo for a Eurovan we just purchased. Spoke by phone to the guys at Fryes after several attempts to get though.. frustrating experience and just couldn't face going there in person to brave the hoards to purchase... found Mobil West on CitySearch with terrific reviews. Website only showed Alpine higher end indash heads.. out of my budget. Called and spoke with Matt who reassured me that they would have an excellant product in my price range. Explained what I needed and they had it in my price range... a bit higher then Fryes but totally worth the extra bucks to avoid the big store hassel.. Install was done immediately in 1 hour and Matt gave me an inservice on operation basics once it was installed.. I will need another unit in a few months for a different vehicle and I will definately return to Mobile West

Great experience. A couple weeks back I decided to get an iPhone hookup for my car. I called a few places and Mobile West was the only place I got a good vibe from over the phone. That was about 9:45am. They got me in around 11:30 THAT DAY and I told them I had to work at 2:00 and wondered if I should come back the next day for my car. They said they'd get it done by 1:30 THAT DAY and to come back around then!

I went for a quick stroll and walked back to the shop around 1:00. They informed me they were already done! And here's the best part: They had quoted me for a simple headphone jack hookup, but when that didn't work with my system they installed a much nicer (and more expensive) chord that runs through the bottom of the iPhone (providing better sound quality, and it charges while it's plugged in!)

They honored the original quote (based on the less expensive headphone jack hookup) and I left Mobile West a very happy customer. So, in less than 2 hours, on the SAME DAY I called, I had a nicer product installed in my car than I originally intended to buy. This is how businesses should operate. Thanks Peter and Mobile West!

Great experience at Mobile West. I had a great experience at Mobile West. My car speakers weren't working, and they determined that the problem was with the radio, not the speakers. They installed a new radio right away, and the price was very reasonable. Matt was very helpful, and the service was great oveall.
