We have been going to the Refectory since the 1970s. The food is good, plentiful, cooked correctly and served promptly. They don't serve "upscale Northwest cuisine" or "Asian fusion." The restaurant is kinda kitchy and fun. It doesn't have tile floors and granite counter tops- in fact it hasn't changed in 30 years and sometimes that is a good thing. If you want a very good steak or prime rib this is a great restaurant! The shrimp is also very good. The prices are extremely reasonable and it's comforting to go to an old familiar place.
Pros: Familiar surroundings and excellent steak and prime rib
Cons: You get what you see- not modern and updated

I love seeing the Chippendales when they come since it always makes me feel good. My favorite skits are Cowboy and Hero! The guys are so sweet and so easy on the eyes. Ladies you can't miss them when they come to the Refectory!
